HOW TO ORDER YOUR DTF GANG SHEET
Already have your gang sheet designed? We'll print it for you!
- Select Your Size: Choose the gang sheet dimensions that match your completed artwork.
- Select Your Quantity: Choose how many gang sheets you need.
- Submit Your Artwork: Follow the product's instructions to send us your completed, print-ready gang sheet.
- Review Your Order: Double-check your sheet size, quantity, and artwork.
- Complete Checkout: Once payment and artwork are received, we'll begin processing your order.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended.
- 300 DPI resolution is recommended for best print quality.
- Your gang sheet must be fully arranged and sized correctly.
- Artwork must be ready to print.
IMPORTANT: Infinite Horizons prints gang sheets exactly as submitted. We do not automatically resize, rearrange, or correct artwork. Additional design services may be available for a fee.
Our DTF Gang Sheets are perfect for bulk projects, helping you streamline your production process efficiently. We do not assemble the gang sheets for you. Please ensure you complete this process before making your purchase.
Getting Started

Send your print-ready gang sheet file as a PNG with a Transparent Background to PrintsTrendyDesign@gmail.com, and our team will handle the rest.

Email your artwork with the subject line as your order reference number.

Please include your order reference number in your email to help us match your artwork with your order.

All submitted graphics must be print quality. Minimum 300dpi. PNG format accepted. PNG is preferred! Lower-quality graphics do not print well. NO screenshots.
- Ensure your background is 100% transparent, or we will print the image as received, including the background. The artwork will be printed in the selected size, with minor adjustments based on design proportions.

Custom Order — Final Sale: This item is made or printed to order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for customer selection or artwork errors. If Infinite Horizons makes a production error or the item arrives defective, contact us so we can review and resolve the issue. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
TURNAROUND & SHIPPING
Production Time
Infinite Horizons typically offers a 24-hour turnaround for DTF gang sheet orders. Production begins once payment is received and artwork is submitted.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Suffolk, Virginia. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.
Shipping
Shipping is available for customers outside our local pickup area. Orders are typically shipped the next business day after production is completed.
Shipping delivery times depend on the carrier and are not included in our production turnaround time.
Important: Large orders, holidays, and high order volumes may require additional processing time.
DTF PRINTING POLICIES
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing their designs before submitting an order. Please verify spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and image quality.
Print-Ready Files
All gang sheets are printed as submitted. Infinite Horizons does not automatically correct low-resolution images, remove backgrounds, or rearrange artwork.
Color Variations
Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes.
Returns & Refunds
Because DTF gang sheets are custom printed, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be provided if an error occurs during our printing process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you experience a printing error or receive damaged transfers. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Production
Orders begin processing after payment is received. Turnaround times may vary depending on order volume.
