ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended.
- Vector files (SVG, AI, or EPS) are preferred when available.
- Artwork should be clear and ready for printing.
- Design cleanup or redrawing may require an additional fee.

Custom T-shirt orders typically have a 24-hour turnaround after payment and print-ready artwork are received.
Larger orders, special requests, and items that need to be ordered may require additional processing time.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Suffolk, Virginia (23434).
You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping
Shipping is available throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and are separate from production time.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final unless an error occurs on our part.
If you receive a damaged or incorrectly printed item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
